Hi everybody. How's the sprouting going?

Because it's going to be 110 tomorrow here in Brooklyn, I decided to only have 3

10 x 20 trays of greens going. I have pea shoots and sunnies and that's it. Till

the summer is over.

But my sprouts are doing FABULOUS in their sprout cooler. That is the single

most bestest (is that a word??) idea I have ever had.

They are cool, they grow all day long, and 12 hours later, they are still cool

and no mold.

It reaches 90 in my apartment, even with the fans going. So I have to protect my

sprouts. How funny, Melody doesn't have A/C in the kitchen areas but her sprouts

have their own cooler!!!
