My friend has a daughter who will be two next month and she's just barely 20 pounds. She's in the 5th percentile, but she's just so cute! She was Raggedy Ann for Halloween. My friend had an old Raggedy Ann doll and she took the clothes off of her and they fit her daughter. She really did look like a doll.
