I have done several yeast killing periods with them over the years, but never seen a reaction like the one I have at present. Both of them are laughing like a pair of hyenas! is doing impressions of and she is laughing at his impressions or her! He is being very silly and she is only slightly less silly! Both of their stools are dark which I think is good, and neither is grumpy or much less focused than usual when asked to do a task. My question is is this ok to continue, and will it pass shortly? or do I need to increase activated charcoal or go slower etc. I've been doing this 12 years and I sometimes feel like a beginner!!
