I tried to get one, but it costs a few hundreds of dollars (people specialize in doing this) and my SWOE publisher usually doesn't do indexes for consumer books. However, I would like to approach them about doing one when SWOE reprints. It would be helpful to have a new emails from readers saying why they want it, how one might make the book better, more usable, etc. If you want to drop me a note as such, please send to RandiBPD@....
