>All things medical tells me this woman is NOT going to come out of it, and if

she did at this point it would be an act not of this world. there is no

medical science to say she'd come out of it. But who is to say she doesn't

still

enjoy her life, and enjoys her parents visits.... I wish all those involved

good luck.<

There is supposed to be a new law introduced in England in mid December. What

is says is that anyone with a Traumatic Brain Injury, stroke victim, anyone who

has diminished capacity (?) will be appointed a court appointed guardian that

will determine if they should be starved/dehydraged to death. The criteria will

be things such as financial burden, do they have to be spoon fed, do they have

to be turned? If things continue to go in this direction all autistic children

that can't talk, and can't be independent, etc, will be considered not worth

helping. Also the point here is the type of death (murder) they want to

perpetrate on these disabled people. They won't starve convicted murderers, and

starving/dehydration is not allowed under the law for animals. It is a cruel

and excruciating death.
