OT: a few questions around scd

hi, everyone, first of all thank you for mandi and sara re help with enzymes, i put ds on betaine and pepsin working really well, i am preparing to go scd after christmas as ds is having major yeast flares like every two weeks lasting days , we did it before but with a dan and ds was on a crazy amount of supplements, i am wondering if there is a scd compliant gaba supplemnt as i have replaced ds's risperdal with gaba and its going really well so slightly concered he won't sleep with out the gaba,

also has anyone done the gradual removal of starches and sugars before doing intro on scd was it benefical last time i pretty much tried some foods then launched straight into it.

last question, are there supplements that will support the liver that are scd compliant if so can u remind me what they are
