Guest guest
Hi , We use RO system as well, a portable one (as we rent a flat and can't istall a proper one), we use this water just for cooking/drinking. We also have a separate simple filter to remove chlorium from bath water. I have been adviced to do this, as we are using Epsom salt for bathing regulary, and aparently the high level of chlorium reduces effect of the epsom salt... Our son is only taking the filtered water now, also, he is on GFCF diet, so we do all the minerals supplements. This includes: calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc - separateley, and multimineral formula from Pure Encapsulations without iron and copper (apparently our kids don't lack these 2 elements). (We give other supplements as well) We have introduced slowly one by one, not all at once, it is about a year now since we have started biomed...
