i am happy we chose vegas for the venue --

a part of the MGIMS get-together on January 8 at Las Vegas. How many families

have confirmed the participation? Who is helping you organize the get-together?

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do from my side, because I

will have a month holiday, starting December 16. Bhavana will come here on

January 2, and shall stay here for a month. I will have enough free time to help

you as soon as my holidays start.

Please let me know about the Las Vegas venue. I will book my air tickets from

and to Berkeley and the hotel accordingly. We plan to stay in Las Vegas for

three days, and then spend 4 days with my friend’s daughter ( she comes from

Wardha) at Las Angeles. We plan to return back to San Francisco around 14

January.

Chetan spoke to me few days back soon after he got a nod for Paeds residency.

Renu Lamba, who spoke to me few weeks back, also seems to be eager to come for

the get-together.

I must apologize for not being able to write to you since long. In fact ever

since I came to Berkeley, my MPH program kept me so occupied that finding enough

time to write became progressively difficult. I haven’t logged on to the e-group

since ages and am not aware what is going on. The weekly tests, home

assignments, written exams, projects and the thesis left me with little time. I

will take my final written exam for the fall session on December 12, and then

shall be done! The spring session, I hope, won’t be as demanding as the fall
