Guest guest
I've been making Rejuvelac for years with no problem, but my last two batches were very thick and gelatinous. My recipe is: 1 mason jar of wheat berries, sprouted into 3 mason jars handful of anise seeds, 2 cinnamon sticks, handful of raisins, water to twice the height of the sprouted wheat berries Has anyone had this experience of Rejuvelac coming out gelatinous? Any ideas on how to avoid it? I just made a batch without raisins and it came out fine, but I miss the slight sweetness that they impart. thanks.
