I couldn't install AVG virus checker so tried Comodo, I cannot update it, there is nothing to say how to update.

There is also no sound from the computer, I did enable the multimedia but when i go into the system it says there is no sound coming out, I cannot update the driver, although I am told I need to update it from the desktop.
