I did not know you could sprout flax!! I had put some ground flax in a sprout

dish, and it only became mush....no sprouts.

How did you do it, and what stage of flax was it?

Ground flax won't work-it needs to be the whole seed, and can be grown as a

micro green (with soil or other growing medium) or as a soaker sprout.
