Guest guest
A woman visiting Korea for a couple of years got on a bus when she arrived and the smell was terrible and people moved away from her as her smell was repugnant to them. Was Kim chee I think. Anyway by the time she left, she liked Kim chee and she smelled like everyone else and to her none of them had a smell. But she did to her family when she got back home. So we do smell like what we eat. Looks like eating the fruit might attract fruit flies, but have to smell like blood for mosquitoes I'd think.   I have the problem too and I don't know. I've even thought about the gel I put on my hair to make it not so fine. I try to wash it often but don't want to wash it every day as that gets drying. I did hear that mayonnaise is good for the scalp and hair and also for leaves to make them shine and clean them. Looks like it would gook them up.   Carolyn Wilkerson  To: sproutpeople Sent: Monday, March 26, 2012 1:49 PM Subject: Re: OT - Hungry for Change  I saw a documentary once about a group of vegans that live in a communal type setting in Hawaii-they said they live entirely off their own land, fruits, veggies, etc. and none of them are bothered by bugs at all, even sleeping outside at night. When they have visitors from the mainland, the visitors are bothered terribly by the bugs, yet the group that lives there don't even notice them. Makes you wonder if all that clean living doesn't interest the bugs! The group noticed that THEY can smell the odor of Mcs and other things on visitors. Very interesting. Only flaw with that theory, is that I eat as " clean " as it gets, no junk, EVER...and the bugs still think I am their daily bread! > > > light skin? diabetic? trying to figure why. hubby has no bites. > > > > Carolyn Wilkerson > > > > > > > > > > To: sproutpeople > > Sent: Sunday, March 25, 2012 11:23 PM > > Subject: Re: OT - Hungry for Change > > > > > > The bugs love me too-have a terrible time with them. I have to do all of my gardening EARLY in the morning, or the bugs will eat me alive. I put a few drops of olbas oil on and that helps keep them away, but if I am outside after 2 in the afternoon, they nibble on me like I am candy! > > > > > >
