, to show you exactly how my pea shoots look, take a gander at a video I

made a few months ago. I had grown QUITE a bit and I wanted to show my hubby's

reaction.

When I want to harvest them, I just take my scissors and cut right above the

peas. I don't use the peas at all. I just use the shoots. And after I snip off

all the shoots, I put the tray back on my shelf and they RE-GROW 3 more times.

You can't beat that for value.

So for example, this after noon, I had some pea shoots in my sprout salad. And

then later on I made the batter and made pea shoot patties.

I have also thrown them in a stir fry (with garlic and onions and olive oil).

and other veggies.

It's all in the imagination what we can create with these lovely food items.

But the pea shoots, because they keep growing, give you more bang for your buck.

And I now use the STG mats (yeah, I still have Coir) but the mats are the

easiest thing in the world.

And now I have Baby Blanket so I'm using that too.

Here's the video.
