I didn't find it an eye opener. I actually was a little bemused at the

" surprise " ! Sugar affects the brain the same as an addictive drug.

A year or two ago I read the book " Sugar Blues " which said the same thing. And

it was written back in the 1970's I believe; don't recall exactly, but it was

definitely several decades ago.
