Wow! These are great! I especially love the idea of steaming the veggies in the chicken broth. I'm not a veggie person and I really have to force myself to eat them. This just might help me in that battle. More on low fat recipes.... a few years ago I picked up a low-fat soul food cookbook. The recipes are *marvelous*. It takes the normal soul food recipes and changes them just a bit so that they use less salt, less fat, less sugar, etc. And they taste great! Hmmm... I just got an idea. That way we can all put in our favorites and they'll always bethere for us to enjoy! We can post our recipe here first, and then leteveryone know it will be available in the vault whenever they want it.-- Sandy That is a great idea!!! Since my fiance is doing all the cooking (temporarily) and I'm still trying not to gain too much weight, I'll just tell him to check out the folder on the web for recipe ideas!!
