Unless you are training specifically for PL it is always better to train

full squat. The importance of exercising full ROMs all joints is a

must.

Hi ,

I would be interested in why you assert that " exercising full ROMs (of) all

joints is a

must " ?

While there certainly is value in training various ROM's, what do you mean

by " a must " ?

And please don't construe this question as overly contentious, but that is a

broad assertion, and might need qualification, especially since you go on in

your answer to then suggest " not " exercising the FROM of all the lumbar

joints. (which I agree with)
