About the chipped tooth - I was returning from Wardha on a Bajaj Chetak (I

did not have my bike in Sewagram then). The scooter slipped on the turning

to the hostel. That is how I lost my tooth. The funny thing though, there

were no injuries apart from the clipped tooth.

That is why I don't know how I clipped it!

As far as the PG seat in Ophthalmology was concerned, I had done one

housejob in Gen. Surgery when I met Dr. Yogesh Arora (Prof. and Head of the

Dept. of Ophthalmology) doing his rounds with Dr. Umesh Tiwari. I just

happened to ask them about the rumour doing its rounds then (about the PG

seat). That is when I decided I should do my second house job in that

department.

I don't know if you can call it a lucky twist in fate!

I was eligible for any seat except Paediatrics...
