How about a challenge starting the 25th of January, ending Valentine's Day (February 14th), in which we pick something about us we NEED to change (I think it won't be a WANT to, but needs to be...), and work on that for those 21 days. I think it will be something different for everyone. I noticed someone mentioning smoking, for starters.... I'm posting this very early, so maybe we'll have time to really think about it, and REALLY make a commitment, first to ourselves, and then to our eGroups family here, to really change whatever it is. Anyone game here? I'm the first to sign up.... On a funny note, I traded Tae-Bo tapes with my friend (loaned her my AL 1 & 2; she loaned me Studio Advanced). A mutual friend told me that Pam was actually crying during one of the workouts (from the difficulty?), and was thrilled that I could do them. The funny part is, she thinks that just because I own them, I can DO them! I can modify like crazy and do them! She is convinced she's addicted to Tae-Bo. Just thought I'd mention that to y'all....
