You read my mind .....

I found this 8.22 of the code of practice pag 99 is referent to a decision to not issue the statement but if this is referent to a no decision surely the same applies to issue another statement and the time limit is 12 weeks .....

I will keep looking for something else if I found I let you know , but this sounds about right ....
