I sprout them for four days and then they go into soups, stews and chili. Mung beans and azuki can be eaten without cooking after they are sprouted. ew Re: Re: Chips? Are you just eating the leaves of the peas? Wonder if the leaves of a bean re any good. I put out some beans, can't remember if they are organic, but they are really growing in the container box.
