AL4!!!

I did AL4 for the first time today! I am extremely proud of myself! I can't

believe that I did this because two weeks ago, I didn't even have the energy

to do the 8-minute. I would say I did about 75% of it and either walked out

or modified the rest of it. I had some difficulty with figuring out the

kicking combinations, particularly at the advanced pace, but I think it I

will catch on eventually. I'm going to make it a goal to do it once a week.

I agree with everybody who recommended AL4 as a transition into the advanced

series. I have also done AL1, AL2, AL3, and SA, and I felt the most

comfortable with AL4.

Yay for me! LOL
