Is this the one that I saw as Essene bread?  Just ground up wheat sprouts? 

And was put onto sesame seeds and just baked in whatever shape.  Since nothing

to rise,  I think I'd look at something like Pita bread or a flat bread.  Was

sure a simple recipe though have to grind the sprouts.  It said it was

delicious but guess we have to find out for ourselves.  Now I'll have to find

some wheat.  It didn't say what kind.  I used to have cans and cans of wheat

but sure don't anymore.  So guess I'll have to get me a can again.
