My friends decided to join a class that starts tomorrow. It's for 2 nights a week (mon & Weds) for 10 weeks. I'm going to join with her. You have different choices, you can go to a kickboxing class, a regular aerobics class, or a water aerobics class. They are an hour long. We are going to the kickboxing tomorrow but I think it's kind of nice they have the variety, you can go to a different one each time. I'm just going to incorporate this into my program. I'll do my taebo on all the other days. I just ordered the Advanced Live series so I'm looking forward to that !! I'll let you know how this kickboxing class compares to Taebo !! Hey I'm on day 9 of my challenge. Doing really well, I did my Taebo Advanced Studio this morning. Drinking my water all day, eating very well !! Sucking in my abs right now !!!! Yeah !!!
