On Saturday, October 25, there will be a panel discussion on the gluten free/casein free diet. Panelist are Gordon Bourland, PhD, BCBA, Mika Bradford, Constantine A. Kotsanis, MD, & Owens. Following a two hour discussion, Dr. Kotsanis and his staff will host a cooking demonstration for those interested and pass out a copy of their cookbook of collected GF/CF recipes.
