I wanted to ask this question - my clothes feel tighter today even though I worked out every day this week, drank my water and ate right. I am due for my period next week so that could be part of it. But I also read here that some of you said that you will be bigger before you get smaller because of the building muscle? Could that be happening to me? And if so how long until I start to get smaller? I feel kind of discouraged about this today, it makes me feel like I " m getting no results at all, just the opposite. Please help !! Thank You !!
