I have been to clinic two times, the second for a touch up. I

experienced none of the overfilling that has been mentioned and

question whether it is several people or just a few focal ones. I

myself determined the amount to be filled with Dr. Casavantes

concurrence. Unless somehow I become bloated in my face due to

excessive fat, I see no reason for myself to need to have any

Bio-Alchimid removed. And if I did, I would return to the clinic for

it to me removed as there is no one in the DC area that I believe is

qualified to remove it. Just my experience.

It seems several people on this forum either have had BioAlcamid

removed due

to over-filling or are thinking about having it done.

It sounds like it may be necessary to impress on Dr. Casavantes and the

people at Clinica Esthetica that you want a slight UNDER filling. At

$210

per cc, it's a waste of money to get overfilled, not to mention the

expense

and hassle of having it removed. I'd prefer go back to the Clinic for a

little extra BioAlcamid, rather than try having some removed.
