Guest guest
Geezers and wanna bes, Twenty years ago, at the age of 45 my best friend, and business partner BILL, was faced with the ultimate decision for him -- continue training and ruin his liver with anti-inflammatory drugs or stop. He was a high school and college wrestler who also competed briefly in natural bodybuilding contests and did some powerlifting as an adjunct to his training. He wrestled at 175 lbs. It was about then that I was developing my TELLEKINETIC principles derived from the research equipment I designed and built and 25 years of training. I kept telling him I had means to overload the muscles and underload the joints -- that I could get him to his past glories. He thought that was perposterous and like anyone else faced with change he thought I was nuts. At the point of suicide I remember his words -- " OK Telle what have you got. " In 6 months he was back to, and he says better than ever. No shit --I'll have him write if anyone wants confirmation. He tests off the scale for CV fitness. His resting heart rate is 40 he weighs 182 lbs and his skin pinch and hydrostatic fat levels are 6+ %. He uses free weights, the machine and cables only. Except every now and then we have him do some " idiot " training on low tension free weights, cam and any other generally inferior machine we can find just to remind his engrams what is best. We went to a WORKMANS GYM reunion about a month ago and more than one old fellow told him was bigger, at 65 years of age, then 2 years before. He refuses to believe he cannot make gains. Ten years ago I thought he was deluded. Its nice to be wrong at times. He does no pressing above a 45° incline. He does nothing behind his neck except scratch an itch. His shoulder and chest and 90% of his arms and back work is dumbbells and cables. His chest and deltoids are bigger than ever. His total weight training is about 2 hours a week and CV about 1.5 - 2 hrs total a week. His weight training includes TELLEKINETIC regressive concentric and eccentric overload drop sets. His CV is TELLEKINTIC " XYZ " intervals. Together we have discovered some pretty wild exercises with the " butt punch " on machine the most extreme. We made a video some years back -- which also shows one of my research machines and interfaced EMG equipment. This machine provides what claimed-- a max resistance which varies with the athletes momentary strength every rep. In other words -- " geezers my a--!!
