Guest guest
Are you near a CVS Pharmacy? They sell 3% Hydrogen Peroxide that is labeled " for use as a gargle or rinse " . Maybe it's not technically Food Grade / Maybe it is... don't know. However, I'm comfortable thinking of and using it as the 35% Food Grade H2O2 diluted down to a 3% solution. I prefer food grade for several reasons, mainly because I can dilute it to the strenth I want-I use peroxide in place of harsh chemicals for cleaning, so sometimes I want something stronger than 3%. The 3% also is watered down with " purified " water-which means chlorine and other chemicals. You COULD get food grade peroxide at most health food stores until recently, now most of them only see 7%. Druggies were using the food grade to manufacture drugs, so now all of us have to suffer the consequences. I am able to get it through a local chemical supply company because I have a license, but you can also still get it online. Food grade peroxide needs to be diluted-it is very strong. > > > > This is what I use for a lot of my household cleaning - white vinegar > > mixed 50/50 with water in one spray bottle and pure hydrogen peroxide in > > the other.
