Guest guest
We have been on GAPS since August. My son started wetting the bed occassionaly before that (he was potty trained day and night by 2 years of age, he is 6.5 now). We started observing if the bedwetting is related to food he eats and it looks like he does it every time he eats fruit (in his case, this is organic blueberries or pomegranite) and he has several accidents if he has juice made from concentrate. I am not too sure if this is a sign of fructose intolerance or maybe diabetes (I read that bed wetting is often a first symptom of diabetes in kids)? Is it possible to test for diabetes (using the glucose drink, but would the normal test after a meal be false negative because there are no complex carbohydrates in his diet)? Anyone had similar experience? Kasia
