Guest guest
Carolyn: The kale chips have the exact same crunch as if eating a potato chip. Alan just asked me " Can you make larger pieces so I can use them with salsa? " I said 'absolutely " . So happy crunchy. This is the best thing for people on low carb diets, who want to eat one of the healthiest immune boosting veggies n the planet. AND THEY SOUND LIKE POTATO CHIPS when you eat them. And if you sprinkle some grated cheese, well just imagine!!! lol Melody

Guest guest
Mel, I've seen a recipe where they do the entire piece of kale, on the stalk, and then serve it in a tumbler, like upright carrot or celery sticks. If I find that link, I'll forward it.
