HPU test in the netherlands - reliability and how to handle sample?

How reliable is this test, please? I've been sent a sample collection pot but no

special packing materials, no instrucions eg about keeping it cold,keeping it

out of the light, whether it needs to be frozen or whether a freezer pack shoudl

be enclosed when it's sent freezer pack. I don't want to waste my money and get

a false result because of a degraded sample. It has to go first by post to

London and then by courier to the Netherlands. Seems a long way round to me -

and the extra time would degrade the sample?

Think it might be better to send it to the Netherlands direct...
