I still don't think fresh water DE with " food grade " stuck on the label is

worth any higher price. I don't have any problem with people using fresh

water DE with a " food grade " label.

The DE I use from California was formed in salt water, so what, it is

millions of years old. The ocean and its salt is long gone.
