Vivian, I do not know if you are interested, but another really great step

tape is Jane Fonda's! She has a 45 minute workout, and has one side of the

room for beginners, and the other for people who are in shape. Plus after

the workout, she has an ab session that will have your abs burning! It is a

fun video, so I thought I would share with you.
