Information on workshop is below. The Autism Support Project is hosting a seminar this Saturday on dietary interventions for children with autism. There will be a panel discussion by Gordon Bourland, PhD, BCBA, Mika Bradford, Constantine A. Kotsanis, M.D., & Owens on special diets (gluten free, casein free, etc.), followed by a cooking demonstration by Dr. Kotsanis and his staff where they will give each participant a copy of their cookbook of collected GF/CF recipes. There will also be goody bags full of catalogs, coupons and samples given to all participants. The workshop is this Saturday, November 15 from 9 am until 12:30 pm in Carrollton.
