If you feel like unwell, the iodine forum will tell you that you are

detoxing the bromides and fluorides. I think you may also be detoxing

mercury.........Iodine binds really well with mercury apparently. If we

can work on this we may very well have a good alternative to DMSA,

seeing that the days may be numbered for this product.(There's more than

one way to skin a cat!)

Can you do me a favour and juice up a glass of veg so that you alkalize

yourself and also have something in your system and THEN take the iodine

or maybe just put the iodine in with the juice? Also take 200 mcg

selenium with the iodine. Then let us know how it goes?

This is the greatest hump at the moment, to avoid this *feeling*. I take

laverbread which has lots of iodine in it but don't get this *unwell*

feeling at all so I wonder if iodine is like zinc, that it's a better

idea NOT to take it on an empty stomach Also the PH balance has to be

considered, not too acidic, not too alkaline so that the iodine is

absorbed properly

If we can sort this out, then I see a good future in iodine. The ladies

on the iodine forums who are tolerating it well are brim full of energy

and feeling really HAPPY. It seems to really pick up peoples' moods.

And yes, you can put me on the list for the iodine you are using:-)) One

bottle for the moment.
