Hello, my name is and I am a new member. I was diagnosed

with asthma when I was about 10 years old, but I had known that

something was wrong way before finally being diagnosed (if this

makes sense).

For the past 5 days I have been having difficulties with my asthma.

It seems like within 2hrs of taking my meds my asthma flares up. Eg:

I take my Symbicort at 9am and at 9pm everyday. Lately it seems that

within 2hrs of taking the Symbicort I feel very twitchy and my

asthma flares up and I start having a hard time breathing and need

my rescue inhaler. So when I take my rescue inhaler (Bricanyl) and

my

asthma finally gets under control, 2hrs later it feels like my

asthma is flaring up again.

It takes me a while to get comfortable at night because of my asthma

lately and I go through coughing fits, and in the morning too. I

don't understand why my asthma is so up and down lately. I'm on the

current medications:

- Symbicort 200/6

- Bricanyl

- Rhincort Aqua: for my chronic sinusitis

I called and booked an appointment with my doctor for Monday

morning. Any questions and comments are welcome. Thank you for

listening.
