Guest guest Posted February 25, 2003 Report Share Posted February 25, 2003 I thought I would pass this on it has work very well for me. if you listen to music at work or at home try bouncing your stomach muscles to the beat of the music. what I mean is pulling in and out with you tummy muscles.it works best if you are sitting I do this why I am at the computer I have music on all the time .. I can hold my stomach in with very little effort now . and it has helped my back pain. now this is not for anyone who has pain problems and I don't know how good it would be for someone with a hernia just thought I would pass this on my PCP had asked what I was doing to get such strong stomach muscles take care Amber In Hawaii gastric stapling 1989 lost 40# D.S.
