I though you all might get a kick out of these. I need to listen to these a

lot! Though, I am very proud to say that I have been cutting down onmy food

and fat intake, and now my work pants are feeling just a little bit loose!

(I find my " partner " looking at me more. Maybe he wishes we hadn't broken up

after all!)

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF WEIGHT LOSS

1. Thou shalt honor thy health and good spirits above all else.

2. Thou shalt not go on crash diets; therein lieth the way of madness.

3. Thou shalt not clean thy neighbor's plate.

4. Thou shalt not eat when thou art miserable, for food is not a medicine

unto the soul.

5. Thou shalt eat not when thine eye lusteth, but when thy stomach

requireth sustenance.

Thanks, I don't look amazing...but since starting Tae-Bo I do

catch myself looking in the mirror and feeling amazed. Kind of like

going through puberty with the way the body is changing. ;) It's the

old hippy in me..but I have always liked my jeans tight. Last

night..for the first time I felt self concious about wearing them, I

think it's because my body looks more feminine. Arrgghh..a 45 year old

going through those puberty feelings of self conciousness..I need

help...lol. I never learned how to strut my stuff..because I never had

stuff to strut..if that makes any sense.

this is *wonderful*! You bet it *is* because of Taebo. There are

so many benefits from this form of exercise. They just keep showing up and

keep showing up. It's great because experience these little benefits keeps

us motivated.

this is *wonderful*! You bet it *is* because of Taebo. There are

so many benefits from this form of exercise. They just keep showing up and

keep showing up. It's great because experience these little benefits keeps

us motivated.
