Could you call her back and ask the following questions:

1) Which company will be making the helmet. Afterall, they are

offering the product. You have every right to know.

2) What age do they commence or suggest treatment?

3) What criteria has to be met in order to have a child recommended

for treatment?

4) How can she speak so confidently on whether a helmet would be

covered or not?

I am appauled but not surprised. I have my suspicions regarding what

is going on, but am afraid to say.....Damn copyright laws!!
