Sondra, do you try excercising each day to help? I remember Temple

saying something about two 45 min/day excercise sessions can really

help with agression. She said it has to be something fairly strong

in nature, like lap swimming, jogging, or another sustainable

activity. Just thought it might help. I know I feel much better when

I go walk the track for 2 miles.
