now don't say I didn't worn you this is nasty stuff . but like I said if

you hold you nose and drink it down it is all over with

I do believe taking this stuff has really helped with my wt loss take care

Bobbe,

Careful what you order pre-op though, because protein supplements can

be expensive and even if it's a little amount like liquid protein, it

doesn't mean you'd be able to take it. Just the whiff of some of

those protein supps or the texture would make me gag, so there was no

way I could just chug it down!
