Good point, everyone

A year or so ago someone stole my email address off a

group listing and signed me up for a newsletter just

like that; every day I'd receive the same Islam

message as this one has sent to this group! It was

impossible to opt out; people were sending messages

that were emailed to everyone who were shanghaied into

the group, begging to be unsubscribed without success.

I sent the group an email suggesting we, the unwilling

victims of this email terrorist, should hijack the

list by swapping pork recipes and childbirth stories.

I haven't received emails from the group since, except

by accident through other groups.
