Angie and Jenna needed help with insurance Dear , I am writing an appeal letter to Bluecross Blueshield for denying coverage for my daughter Jenna's STARband. Blue cross believes the STARband to be experimental and investigational. The STARband is manufactured by Orthomerica. Jenna had positional plagiocephaly (misshapen head). It can cause many problems if left untreated. I was wondering if you have any additional information or letters I can send with my appeal? I appreciate Any help you can give me. Thank you in advance.
