Guest guest Posted January 16, 2000 Report Share Posted January 16, 2000 OH MY GOD!!!!!!! THE TAE-BO CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS!!!! Sorry, but this is going to be a huge vent! I just read Debbie's post about her calling to check on her order, so I thought "Well, I better call to check on mine...just to be on the safe side, since I placed my order on Dec 29th". Well, they had no record of my order. I immediately asked to speak to a Supervisor because I have had it up to here with these people. It's like I call, I document my order, who I spoke to, what I did and then I call to check on it and there's no record of anything. I told this guy that I had nothing but problems every time I called and he looked at my records and said they was a mess. He also said that no BL6 or AL6 had been shipped. What is wrong with these people? I asked him what he thought I should do...if I should just cancel my subscription to both automatic shippings and start over. He said that's what he would do. He was about to let me get off the phone with an "I'll take care of this for you", but I told him I wanted a Confirmation number (thanks for the tip..was it Debbie?). Anyway, it took awhile, but he finally gave me my confirmation number and told me what I'd be getting...the new live 4-pack, BL6 and AL6, with the Basic and Advanced being on automatic shipping at the $19.95 price per tape. Thank goodness I double checked him, though, because he originally had charged me the old price for the Auto-shipping. I asked him like 3 times to please, please, please make sure that he had cancelled my other subscription so that I don't get double billed. I have my doubts, but I'm hoping that maybe, just maybe I'll actually get what I ordered. I swear if I have any more problems, I don't know what I'm going to do. It's seriously making me consider stopping it altogether. Maybe if I cancelled with the 800 number and then signed up on the website? I even asked if it would help if I gave them a different last name (Bob's last name) so that if I did have a problem they wouldn't have to pull up all my old records, because that's where the confusion is, but he said that wouldn't work because of the different name on the credit card. I'm just so frustrated right now! Well, at least they're sending all the tapes out together, priority mail, so I should get them within 5-7 days. That probably means I won't get them by Friday....oh well! Sorry for the negativity, but I figured you guys would be willing to listen. I already vented to Bob, but it's not the same because he doesn't share my passion for tae-bo (yet!) Thanks for listening to me whine, guys!
