Guest guest Posted November 20, 2011 Report Share Posted November 20, 2011 Hi Everyone, Roy Hill, Speech and Language Pathologist and Level 6 Instructor from Talk Tools, and I will be in Gatwick in March presenting 'Teaching Finctional Speech to Non-Vocal Individuals with Autism' which is a program which combines the principles and reserach on developing speech found in ABA with oral placement therapy. For the 3 days following this course myself and a speech therapist will be completing our level 4 Talk Tools course with . During these 3 days, evaluations will be available for the price of the Talk Tools regular fee, which unfortunately is not cheap at £490. However I have been informed that if you are eligible for a Cerebra voucher, you may be able to use this as the speech therapist is registered to be able to accept these. The evaluations are 2 hours long and you also get a written program plan. is amazing and without her knowledge, I doubt Dan would have learned to speak as well as he has, so I just thought I would share this information here in case it is useful to anyone!
