Guest guest
Dear all, I know this question has been asked but the answer didn't quite cover my question.... We're getting ready to do AC chelation at some point and I'm trying to sort out the supplements. I'm pretty sorted (thanks Marina!) but I have the Metabolics zinc and magnesium supplements in liquid drops as I'm keen to put things in drinks if possible - Hugo's only just starting to get the hang of taking capsules. He's just over 40 lbs so I think it should be 10 mg per lb and therefore 400mg of magnesium per day (split into doses) - is this right? I think the zinc should be somewhere around 60mg (1mg per lb plus 20mg) - again can anyone confirm this? My question is, I can't actually find anything specifically to confirm how much is in each drop of the Metabolics supplements. The bottle says don't exceed 10 drops but from the info on their website that wouldn't seem nearly enough to fit with the supplementation requirements for chelation. I realise that it's also an 'ultra absorbable' form so this may make a difference but Hugo always actually finishes drinks with them in so don't want to be wrongly dosing really. Does anyone know how many drops I ought to be giving? Thanks for any help in advance, Lorna x
