finally just got Sam's done, he was fascinated by it all. I gave school the kit at AR in November and just got it back on Friday, not sure why nurse didn't do it.

So far I was fine, but had been megadosing and both my NT's came back with insufficiency, one of whom supps quite regularly, has SAD and mood relates to lack of, or lots of, sunshine. He does tan but its hard work, the other one tans easily and it worse at taking supps than the dog! However, given results he will now take the Vit D though not liquid, had to get him a chewy........sigh

Sam never tanned until high dose Vit D supp (didn't seem to burn either) he has VDR SNP ++ on genomics, so rest of us are at least a +
