It also explains why their homework this week was to write their first and last name once each day. He was one of the few last year that still couldn'twrite his first name very well. However he could spell, recognize the letters and type it on the computer. I agree with the comment about people with autism not doing well on standardized tests. My oldest son is that way and I really feel these kids are penalized because their scores aren't high enough for them to be placed in the right classes. My 5yr old knows so much he just has trouble expressing it. MISSY SAHM to some special kids!!!
