Norvir seems to have done it's thing with me - a recent stress test, echo-cardiogram showed enough change to warrant a heart cath for me. I have not had the heart cath done yet. Anyone out there gone through this? Just looking for some reassurance.

On the poz side - it has gotten me exercising - doing fast walking at this point. I am now debating between joining a gym for muscle build up or taking a yoga class for which there are endless choices here in San Francisco. Anyone have thoughts on yoga vrs. gym. I can hear some of you saying already " - why don't you do both " - answer because I won't, and I run a small business on my own and I do not have the time. In a perfect world.

Appreciate anyone's thoughts on this.
