Guest guest Posted October 26, 2011 Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 http://cookinggaps.wordpress.com/2011/03/31/breakfast-in-a-muffin/ have a look at this recipe they keep at least 3 days which is the most it last in our house but I believe they keep for longer , I keep them in fridge and just harm them ,....it is also a good way to have protein as you add anything that he fancies besides the suggestions on the recipe....and it is really simple to make.
